Recently, our service has undergone a significant upgrade aimed at separating and distinguishing VIP guests. From now on, VIP clients who book a departure service from Israel will complete their initial security screening and check-in process in a dedicated VIP lounge located on the ground floor of Terminal 3, near Gate 3.
Our guests will meet their VIP representative at Gate 3, and together they will proceed to the special VIP lounge to complete the profiling and check-in process. Afterwards, they will continue together to an expedited hand-luggage security check and passport control.
The new VIP lounge was designed to enhance the customer experience, raise the level of service, speed up procedures, and distinguish VIP passengers at Ben Gurion Airport from the rest of the travelers. It also ensures a more efficient and seamless transition between the various airport interfaces.
