In a historic move, the State of Israel signed a peace agreement with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Bahrain. As a result, these Gulf states have now established official diplomatic and economic relations with Israel.
This agreement has had a direct impact on the tourism and aviation industries, with 28 weekly flights now operating between Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) and Abu Dhabi/Dubai.

At this time, it is important to note that entry to the UAE (both Dubai and Abu Dhabi) requires a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to departure, as well as an additional test upon arrival.
