PLATINUM SERVICE | ARRIVAL
(Massada Lounge)

  • The guest will be greeted by a VIP steward, carrying a sign with the name of the client or guest, at the exit of the aircraft.
  • Driven in a luxury VIP car to the Massada Lounge.
  • At the VIP lounge, the guests can enjoy light refreshments and beverages.
  • While the visitor is relaxing in the lounge, our VIP steward will take care of the passport control at a special counter located in the Massada Lounge.
  • Our VIP steward will collect the luggage and deliver it to the guest at the VIP lounge.
  • The VIP lounge is also a convenient setting for greeting the guest in a personal and dignified way, as well as use of office facilities.
  • At the end of all the necessary procedures, our VIP steward will load the luggage in the waiting luxury air-conditioned car that will drive the visitor to any chosen destination in the country  (extra charge).

PLATINUM SERVICE | DEPARTURE
(Massada or Arbel Lounge) 

  • Transportation from the hotel or from any other location in a luxury air-conditioned VIP car.
  • A VIP steward will greet the guest at the entrance to the Arbel or Massada lounge.
  • Private security check and passport control at the lounge.
  • In the meantime a VIP steward will complete the check-in and luggage procedures.
  • During the stay at the lounge the guest may enjoy the refreshments, hot or cold beverages and use of the office facilities.
  • Persons accompanying the guest may join the guest in the lounge until the departure.
  • Transportation to the aircraft in a luxury and air-conditioned car and assistance with boarding or escorted to the duty free area (according to the guest’s desires).
